The Benevolent is pleased to announce its newest fundraising event, The Benevolent Snowdonia Challenge which will take place from 24 - 26 September 2010. This two day trip will see participants tackle Mt Snowdon on a day's guided walk, followed by a celebratory dinner.
The Snowdon walk takes between five and seven hours, including breaks and will move at a comfortable pace for the group. You'll leave with a sense of achievement, a good workout and some great memories.
The registration fee of £35 includes a full day of guiding by a qualified Mountain leader and first aider. The day operates on a typical ratio of 6 walkers to 1 guide, to ensure quality and safety for each walker.
An information pack regarding accommodation and tips to meet your sponsorship target will be sent out to all participants before the end of June, however transport to Snowdonia and accommodation during the stay is at the cost and responsibility of the individual.
